Step 3: Showflat Visit & Unit Selection
If your ballot is successful, you will be invited to visit the showflat on a specific date to select your preferred unit. This is when you will pay the booking fee (typically 5%).
Step 4: Sign S&P and Collect Keys
Within a few weeks, you'll sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) and pay the remaining downpayment. After a few years of construction, you will be notified to collect the keys to your new home!
